The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page 2, section 3, line 4, by striking out the word “equivalate” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “equivalent”;

On page 2, section 3, line 5, by striking out the word “or”;

On page 2, section 3, line 6, by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof a semi-colon;

On page 2, section 3, line 6, after the semi-colin, by inserting the word “or”;

And,

On page 2, section 3, after line 6, by adding thereto a new subdivision, designated subdivision (4), to read as follows:

(4) The provider suspects the patient is a victim of child abuse or neglect, or child abuse and neglect as provided in §49-1-201 of this code.
